After further investigation, we found that all of his fonts were deleted from his computer from some unknown virus.<br />The<a href="http://www.ecmoffices.com/IT-service-Houston.htm"> viruses</a> are still unreported but trust me it does exist and I just got it as well. This virus deletes all but four fonts on your computer and makes it hard to understand were to go. First off, I have downloaded all of the tools necessary for you to remove and clean your computer.<br />Go to <a href="http://www.ecmoffices.com/tools.zip">www.ecmoffices.com/tools.zip</a> and download the tools to remove the virus that deletes your fonts and makes your computer look like it is in binary language. I have posted a font’s folder as well <a href="http://www.ecmoffices.com/fonts.zip">www.ecmoffices.com/fonts.zip</a> and you can send me any questions you may have about how to use the tools to remove the virus that deletes all of your fonts on your pc. First thing is to extract the font’s folder or go to another pc and copy all of the fonts in control panel fonts directory. Click on start, click on control panel, click on fonts, past all of the fonts into this directory with a flash card, external hard drive, and cd or however you can get them there. Then click on font setting and click restore font settings. Now you can read your computer it now longer looks like some crazy computer language. <br />Now we need to run the tempclean utility in the tools folder we downloaded from <a href="http://www.ecmoffices.com/tools.zip">www.ecmoffices.com/tools.zip </a>and extracted to a folder. Install this program and click clean and click clean again until it come up as zero files to clean. Now run combofix.exe and just follow the defaults by clicking next and ok on everything this will take a while to run after about stage 51 it will come up with a notepad text file in white now you can just close that. In addition, run malwarebytes and you should be good to go.
